My son Randy visited united ocular on April 4th. Randy is 19 and deafblind. Completely blind with moderate hearing loss and developmentally much younger than 19. Chad Kouka was so good and respectful to Randy's needs and talked to Randy telling him he is the best and doing good at the appointment. Randy usually is really nervous meeting new people but Chadi was so good with Randy that at the end od the appointment Randy let him help guide him out and told him thanks for polishing his eyes. I know that Randy will look forward to future appointments with Chadi Kouka.

Genuinely kind and caring, he and his staff are willing to go above and beyond to ensure patients happiness and comfort. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable not only with my new prosthesis, but with my entire experience. I can’t expressed my gratitude for everything that they did for me.
